What are the best safe suburbs to live in Perth for families, close to beach, park, shops?

I can only let you know south of the river so the suburbs i know are Leeming, Kardinya, Willetton, Winthrop, Booragoon, Bull Creek, Melville, Myaree and Palmyra they are all excellent suburbs if you are looking between $550k-1 mill if you have more cash like $700k-$5mill these other areas are the go Alfred Cove, East Freo, Attadale, Applecross, Mt Pleasent, Como, South Perth,Bicton, Waterford etc this is based on 4 by 2 homes i can definately say these suburbs are really good and you should have no problems at all. My value picks are Leeming, Bullcreek, Kardinya and Willetton definately cant go wrong with those.
Wembley downs would be nice. Not sure about edgewater, Joondalup looks nice but might have underlying problems.
