Reviews of Elsie Street, Boronia
"Something for everyone in this Street"
Nice quiet street, lots of trees but close enough to walk to centre of Boronia with shops and Rail. Schools and good Parks close by. I can't really fault anything other than its bit out from the City.

"Close to schools, quiet and leafy"
It's a pleasant street to drive through full of well-maintained homes, offering a sense of house-pride by the owners. It's clean and has very little traffic despite being a thoroughfare between Dorset Rd and Albert Avenue.

"A quiet leafy street in amongst large blocks quite a few of which have been used for unit development"
this street has an old established look about it. trees are in abundance and it has a quiet atmosphere. a good shopping centre is within a minutes drive. train and bus within easy walking distance as is the local school.not an affluent area but comfortable.
