Is it easy to rent in Endeavour Hills? Are the prices competitive?
Are there areas such as the better part of the suburb to live in ..suCh as dandenong north and Noble Park north from those suburbs? Would it be safe for a single lady to live alone?

I believe so.
Endeavour Hills is not yet a investor's market. Still very much a first-home buyer market.
So rent prices are pretty stable.
