"Golden Bay. Golden Lifestyle."
This is a very quiet street. All the residents are very friendly. To top it all off, it's only seconds away from one of the most spectacular natural beaches in the metro area. Rarely a soul on it in winter and only a few more in summer, it really is an amazingly well kept secret. Sweeping white shorelines and a good surf make this beach ideal for swimming, running, fishing and surfing.

"beachside bliss"
Lots of Friendly Neighbours, & sociable. All have children of different ages. Quiet Street,..well other than the soothing sounds of the ocean. Short stroll to Waters edge... less than 2minutes to get your feet wet. Clear, clean Water & Golden sands. A great swimming beach for the littlies, & also popular for the older ones for surfing.
