"Great Community, Stunning Views"

This is a very tightly held beachfront locale. The strip offers a variety of absolute beachfront accommodation and sections with a road between houses and the beach. There is also a nice variety of housing styles from 1920's Bungalows on 800sqm+ allotments to modern duplex multi-storey and a few strata unit groups thrown in for good measure.

The action gravitates out from Henley Square where there is a growing number of quality eateries & shops. Some of the highlights are Thai Orchid for consistently delicious authentic Thai food & Estia for rustic Greek fayre. The development on Seaview road that houses H20 & Baju apartment complexes also provides some decent local shopping options. French Connection, Seed & Nine West face the ocean & a cracking Foodland, butcher, seafood shop & flight centre are found in the mall. The upgrade to the square coming in 2014 is focused on accommodating the already large summer crowds & helping to cope with an increasing demand over the years as the allure of Henley Beach grows.

Property prices along the Esplanade tend to vary on property style but if you're looking at land value, current rates are sitting between $2100-$2500 per square metre, but the exact location will have a lot to do with this variable. If you are looking at absolute beach front (no road in front) expect to pay the upper end.

Although there is quite a lot of action in Henley when the temperature rises it is still a lovely, quiet neighbourhood once the sun goes down. A great place to raise a family & one of the best addresses Adelaide has to offer.

"Great beachside living, close to the CBD"

The Esplanade at Henley Beach is a bustling strip in summer, offering a fantastic selection of dining options, ice-cream shops and fish and chips. Traffic around here comes close to a standstill, as beachgoers jostle for carparks and then head to the beach.

There are a number of apartments, townhouses and beachhouses along the Esplanade. Some properties are getting slightly dated, but this offers some good options for renters. Other houses have undergone major renovations or have been rebuilt entirely. These homes are now commanding astronomical prices.

The lovely thing about this location is its immediate proximity to the sandy and clean Henley Beach. Going for a jog every morning and catching a breath of sea air is a true possibility.

The CBD isn't far away either - just a 20 minute drive and you can be in your office.
