Reviews of Evansford Clunes Rd, Evansford
"How's the serenity and the friendly neighbours"
Nice easy 1km walk along Evansford-Clunes Rd from the centre of Evansford you come to the tranquil surrounds of Talbot Resevoir. If you enjoy wetting a line trying to catch a brown trout or redfin this is the place. I find this place the most peaceful place in Evansford as it a few hundred metres from road and is a great place for a quiet picnic as you listen to the wind blow through the trees and hear the kookaburras laugh from high up in the shady river redgums.
Great for
- Picturesque surround
- Constant birdlife and odd kangaroo
Not great for
- 80km speed limit with some blind curves
