"excellent location"
Having good transport facilities and easy access to princess highway & monash freeway.Train station being developed 150million dollars and trains will start from westall in near future towards city. Close to Monash hospital & uni. There is a local shopping centre with facilities like post,tatterstalls,excellent pizza shop and some take away shops.There is a community centre in oaks avenue which is near by. Clayton shopping area is about 2km. Clayton swimming pool and libray facilities are also 2km away. There is keeley park in 1km.Of course Westall secondary and Primary are opposite the street. You have some good kinders nearby as well.
No shopping centre is closer than 10km. You have Chadstone,Southland,Parkmore,Waverley gardens all about 10km.

The Neighborhood are nice but there is only fast food restaurant near from here, there are three small restaurants (pizza, Indian, fish & chips)
there is no pharmacy near from here, and every Friday between 11am-2pm thousand of cars are parking around
