You are right on the doorstep of Adelaide at Falcon Avenue. Equidistant from great transportation links on Henley Beach Road, South Road & Sir Donald Bradman Drive, although this is still a quiet residential neighbourhood. Bonus being in walking distance to some great restaurants and local shopping. A great place to live.

"Falcon Avenue Mile End - A lovely character family neighbourhood"

Falcon Avenue runs Parallel to South Road, it consists of mainly character homes and some home units. Easy access to both Henley Beach Road and South Road. Very handy to public transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. Can't forget its only one mile from the CBD!!
