Reviews of Fellows Street, Mitcham
"I love this street! 5 stars!"
This is one of the best streests in Mitcham. There are gorgeous big oak trees liningt he street and the properties are very well kept and maintain a fantastic presentation. You are acros from Haliday Park and only one street away from Mitcham Coles, Brittana Mall, cafes and restaurants. It is a quiet street and is only a short drive from the Eastern freeway access and a couple minutes walk to the Mitcham train station.
The typical types of proeprties that you will find on this street are lovely big weather board houses and californian style bungalows. A 3 - 4 bedroom property will lease between $450 - $550 per week.

"A Piece of Armadale in Mitcham!"
When you first enter Fellows Street, you could easily be mistaken for thinking you are in a quaint little pocket of Malvern or Armadale. Beautiful plain trees down the the naturestrips form a thick leafy green canopy over the street's entire length and quaint weatherboards have been renovated to perfection. Block sizes are more like those of an inner city suburb, with low maintenance front gardens. Britannia mall and shopping village is at one end of the street and beautiful Halliday Park, complete with playground and BBQ area is at the opposite end. Also close to Mitcham Private Hospital and a number of quality schools, Fellows Street is an ideal location to live!
