"Quiet accessible street with friendly atmosphere in golden triangle"
Fitzroy street is easily accessed from shops. It has public transport at its doorstep with many bus stops in the street and surrounding streets which go to Umina and Woy Woy shops and station It is an easy flat walk to beach.
Quiet area with either families or retirees. Great position off busy roads, close to local public school. This street is in the golden triangle where you can't lose out on value.
