"close to everything"
Close to sunnybank restaurants shopping, schools and university. Close distance to the highway if venturing to Brisbane CBD or the Gold Coast. Eastern Corridor properties are high in demand.

FANTASTIC street. Couldn't be happier. Very friendly, quiet yet so close to everything. As the top part of the street (close to Mains Road) is situated much higher up than the lower part of the street, you get beautiful breezes. Excellent value for money - quie, convenient, extremely safe. A+++
