"University's Door Step"
Foch street is 1 block parallel from the Australian maratime college and university, and within a very short walking distance to the local doctors surgery, supermarkets, public transport, primary schools and all other conveniences which mowbray has to offer. The street can get busy through the uni semesters otherwise generally a quiet street.
