Hi Abbey!
Coolgardie Street is an older section of the Frankston North Estate so there is a mixture of both concrete construction homes and also brick veneer construction homes.
The concrete construction homes are generally cheaper as the quality of build is not as high as the brick veneer homes and also lifespan is not as long.
If you buy a concrete home make sure you get a building inspection done as they are prone to concrete cancer which can be not only costly to fix but also dangerous if it is severe.
Over the last 3 years the lowest price paid for a property on Coolgardie St was $220,000 and the highest price paid was $302,000.
Several homes on Coolgardie Street back onto the Peninsula Country Golf course which is popular with some buyers who like the privacy of no neighbour at the rear of their property.
