Fugosia Street, Doveton, VIC 3177

I bought a house on fugosia st about two and a half to three years ago because it was cheap and I wanted to get out of renting. Even know I was well awear of what people think of Doveton. Well I have now just moved out to Pakenham and I can say in the three years I was there I was very impressed! Yes the people living there are on the lower end of the scale when talking about income but I found every one to be much more friendly then up market areas. It has very good transport and is really close to everything (Free way, shops, etc). There is lots going on with Doveton at the moment, it seems like every second house is getting knocked down and replaced buy new units. this is fantastic as a lot of the houses are old. A big plus is the value of the house went up a massive 50% in just three years. We will see how renting it out goes but I am planing on buying another one soon.

Fugosia street is quite and convenient place. Fugosia street joins box street on one end and power road on other. So it means easy access to Princes hwy or Monash freeway. Littel shopping center (Autom place), bus stop, childcare, medical center and footy oval are just around the corner.
