Reviews of Gawith Court, Toorak

"Convenient Toorak location"

Gawith Court is situated off Heyington Place, Toorak. Being a court, there is no flow through traffic. Heyington Station is on the Glen Waverley line and is a one minute walk. Freeway access at Burnley is a convenient 2-3 minute drive at non peak hour times. St. Georges Road and Orong Rd Round about can get clogged at peak hour. There is some residue freeway noise but this has improved with recently installed sound barriers. The nearest shops, super market, restaurants are at Toorak Village, about a 15 minute walk. Kooyong Shopping centre is a similar distance by foot. There are a number of schools within walking distance. St Catherine's Jnr and Snr schools (3 minutes), St Kevin's junior school (2 minutes), Scotch College (20 minutes). The quality of the housing in the street is a mixture of fine Victorian at No. 6, new modern at No 4 with other houses being contemporary (probably built around the 1960s). The Court has birches at the end and flowering deciduous at the bottom (Heyington) end.

You can't fault the location - 5 stars are well justified
