Reviews of Gimba Street, Mitchelton

"Brisbane's Inner City Hidden Secret...."

Ever wanted a view of the coast but the convenience of the city. Want schools, shopping, public transport, farmers markets, and restaurants all within a two km radius? Well, that's Gimba Street. Houses rarely come on the market in this street because it so highly coveted and once you get one, you don't want to leave. A new housing development recently begun at the top of the street is producing 1.5million plus houses which will only increase the value of the existing houses a little bit further back down the street (who incidently have the magnificent views that these houses do not!). Neighbours are the old fashioned type - you are welcome to your absolute privacy, but if you need help, want to borrow a cup of sugar, or have a drink on a Friday night, then this is the neighbourhood for you. Residents range from active retirees, professional couples and young families to teenagers about to flee the nest.

You won't regret buying and living in Gimba Street. It truely is a lovely street on the inner north side that even some of the locals have yet to discover.....If a house comes on the market, GRAB IT!

By the way, average growth on houses in this street over the last five years has seen you almost double your initial investment....hmmmmm....not bad!!!
