"Inner West Living"
Quiet one way street with local traffic only , far enough away from flight path , 3 great parks within 250 mtrs, central to 2 railway stations plus the added benefits of Newtown & Erskineville eateries.
It is great to live within a small village such as Erskineville and have a larger shopping strip as Newtown to stroll down.

This quiet little one way street has slowly transformed with renovations and landscaping. You can still find a bargain in Newtown if you are buying, check out the little 2BDRM semi terraces along Gowrie and if one becomes available, grab it as the area is still growing in value and is becoming more and more friendly, quieter and popular for renovators! The plane noise can be heard on rainy days with low planes, but most of the time I can not hear them. Close to everything in Newtown and Erskineville.
