This is an excellent location - close to the city for travelling to work and for play and also close to the beach. Its great living for professionals either singles or couples. You have the best of both worlds. The beach life is fantastic - being so close to Scarborough/Trigg and all the restaurants on West Coast highway. There are plenty of buses/trains available for public transport and the taxi ride to the city isn't that far so it keeps the taxi price down. Also being so close to Karrinyup shops you can either walk or take the car - either way its just around the corner.

The suburb of Doubleview as the name suggests it has two views one of the city and the beach. It has always maintained its property values because of its location. The houses in the areas around Grand Promenade - especially on the Karrinyup side - are excellent quality large homes. Which shows that there is a high level of investment in the area.
