A nice tidy residential street with easy access all amenities: 100 metres from bus-stop. Only minutes away from schools and TAFE, Raintrees and Brinsmead Shopping Centres, Library, Medical Centre, Sportsworld Fitness Centre, 10 minutes to CBD. Easy access to the bypass road to the beaches.
