"Close enough but far enough away"

Grays point is the most tranquil part of the Sutherland Shire. It's close enough to amenities but far enough away to have the benefits of a country lifestyle
Grays Point residents enjoy all the joys that swallow rock, National Park and Port Hacking River have to offer.

"Great place to live, quiet but still close to everything"

My family and I have lived her for approx 4 years now.

Originally we were looking at Yowie Bay and Lilli Pilli which was out of our price range. Grays Point at the time was perfect, nice home with heaps of potential with a great outlook and still in our price range.

Grays Point is perfect for people who want to stay healthy with access to the hundreds of walks and mountain bike tracks at your doorstep (near school) and the best boat ramp in the shire is located in Grays Point for boating enthusiast. Don't forget all the spots to drop a line or visit one of the parks in the area. For a little retail therapy, Miranda Fair and Gymea VIllage is only 10 minutes away.

Resale is great, we have just had a valuation completed which has come in 35% higher than what we orginally paid.
