Kindergartens and primary schools

Hi there, we are looking to rent in the Greensborough area while we try to buy a house in the vicinity.. We will be relocating from the other side of town so I'm hoping to make the transition as easy as possible for the kids. What primary schools are affiliated with a kinder? My eldest son will start foundation/prep next year so we would prefer to have him in kinder in the next few months where he will hopefully move to the school with some of the same kids. Thoughts/advice please. Thanks in advance
