Hardey Road, Belmont, WA 6104

Hardey Rd has a lot of traffic coming down off Great Eastern Hwy and is also the main access road people use to get from Belmont and CLoverdale to shopping areas, schools, work etc... There is still quite a lot of housing on Hardey Rd but it would not be my preference for children or pets. There are quite a lot of 2 storey villas that have been built and these would be great for singles or couples looking to be close to the city for work - 10 mins drive. As you head away from the highway the housing is older and there is a little less traffic moving down towards Cloverdale.
