"Haverbrack Estate"

Bought my 1st investment property in the Haverbrack estate in 2008, now my PPOR. Excellent neighbourhood spirit, quiet court & very safe.

Excellent access to Monash, Eastlink, School, Monash Uni and of course shopping! 2min drive to Waverley Garden SC, 10min drive to Glen Waverley Centro, 10min drive to Chadstone & 10min drive to Knox. From Mulgrave to Toorak only takes 20mins via Monash Fwy.

Haverbrack Estate's meant to be the older posh side of Mulgrave so there's excellent capital growth in the last few years. Waverley Park Estate (still under Mulgrave postcode) is a little overpriced, but very nice area too.


The cons are:
NO RAILWAY station.
Still on the outer suburbs (around 30km from city).
Neighboring suburbs to not so popular to live in suburbs (springvale, noble park, dandenong. That was how i negotiated the property sale price) - Please don't send me hate mails for this.
