Highview terrace and Holyoake are two street that are above JPC that have private access to the school. It's a private area that is seeing home being renovated and new homes built as old homes come onto the market. It's a tightly held area for food reason. The access to JPC is very valuable to parents with kids in the school. Highview has large blocks, lots of trees and overall an area that had good views. The area doesn't look it's been designed by a typical developers template so it's full of personality and eaxh home is unique.
