"Down-to-earth, friendly neighbourhood off the beaten track with easy access to all Fremantle amenities"

This house is located within 10 minutes walk from central Fremantle with its shops, cinemas, fishing harbour, cafes and train and bus station, 10 minutes to the sedate George St precinct with its cafes and restaurants that are only minutes from the river, and 5 minutes in the car to Leighton beach which is very safe and has fabulous swimming. The neighbourhood has the usual mix of longtime residents and more recent arrivals and is very friendly with both the high school and primary school 5 minutes walk away. The street has lovely mature trrees and underground power that together create a leafy streetscape. There is a direct route down Hubble St to the river and the Stirling Highway bridge for easy car access to the eastern suburbs and the city. This is a wonderful location in terms of environment, neighbours, amenities and a relaxing getaway at the end of the working day.
