THE VILLA HAS ITS OWN SOLAR PANELS, BATTERY, AND RAIN WATER TANKS. TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GAS BOTTLE REPLACEMENT (FOR INSTANT GAS HOT SHOWER).

* Rent is $750/week (1 week stay), $630/week (2 week stay), $570/week (3 week stay), $520/week (4-6 week stay), $480/week (7-9 week stay), $350/week (10-12 week stay or longer). + $1200 refundable security deposit (paid at Check-In).
