Quaint cabin/caravilla in the residential area of the Beauty Point Tourist Park Tasmania for people aged 55 years or over. The Park is a securely gated community.
Site Fee of $260 p/fortnight. These are the lowest site fees in the area. Also includes:
Twice weekly garbage and green waste collection.
Mail dropped to owners cabin letterbox.

The caravilla is set in the quietest part of the Park with direct access to, and views of, the peaceful Redbill Conservation Park and beautiful Tamar riverside beaches and is 15 mins from Greens Beach along the Bass Strait coastline. The site has a northeast aspect for morning sun and is protected from westerly winds.

The cabin is small, well insulated, and weatherproof and has one cosy bedroom, a living room with slow combustion fire, a reverse cycle heat pump, a laundry, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and an annex which can be a sleep-out or sitting area (but has been used as an art studio/authors workroom). New floating flooring in kitchen-dining. Carpet in living area, bedroom and annex in very good condition.

There are two aluminium garden sheds and covered wood stack. Open parking at the door.

NBN pipeline to wall is laid and ready for NBN contractor to install lines.
All electrical work and plumbing renewed by licensed technicians in last 4 years.

Conditions for residence:
Residents pay a one-off settlement fee of $1250 to the Park operators in addition to the purchase price. Thereafter there is a fortnightly site fees which includes water use and garbage collections twice weekly.

No pets allowed except Assistance dogs.

New residents need to provide a simple police history check to the Operators before purchase is approved.
