"Friendly area"
It seems a friendly area walk past people on the road they say hello to you,Easy bus service into Liverpool or get the bus to Miller then onto Parramatta,Nice shopping center at carnes hill and a local take away shop on Hoxton park road, A footy field and local play park with outdoor gym and a decent enough rental property,A mixture of plenty people too with,Australians,European,Arab,South America,Over all nice vibrant neighbourhood

"Friendly and great neighbours"
Moved here about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. Neighbours are friendly and easy going. Very safe place to live in.

"Awesome Area"
Have been living in Greenway Park for 16 years (since stage1); have not had any problems with crime. Safe area for the kids to play in the streets and lot's of park land.......Public & High Schools are both great

My family moved to Hoxton Park 2 yeas ago. Our neighbours and local residents are very friendly. Schools are nearby and shopping at Carnes Hill is great for parking and availability.

"Great place to live"
My wife and I moved there about 2 years ago and love it, very friendly and family oreinted area with 6 schools all within a few Kilometres, a short drive to Liverpool Westfields and great ammenties at the local club with a an Ice rink, Putt Putt golf and fitness centre. My wife and i loved it so much we decided to build there and raise our children there
