HH/LC re quietness I would say the same depending on the location within that area.
Capitol growth, HH is definitely outperforming LC over the last 50 years.
PPL ... HH has more trees and parks that are waterfront, also HH is a flatter walk.

Between 9pm and 915 FIVE PLANES
ITS ANNOYING, ITS DISRUPTIVE AND DEPRESSIVE.
In order to have a conversation, I have to shut windows and balcony doors.
New ugly developments and aircraft noise have spoiled this once quiet serene and beautiful suburb.
