Good 16MB download along Masthead Street with TPG no cable as yet but not a big issue

Extremely variable. As always Telstra customers will get a slightly better, faster service, but for a greatly inflated price. With TPG, lived on Sabot St, easily getting 18MB connection, now on other side of Dandenong Rd (4 houses away as crow flies) and lucky to get 4MB connection. Too many people and not enough ports.
