"Small Quiet - James Street"
Nice little Cul-De-Sac which is very close to Glenferrie Road but much quite and safe. It has gentle slope mainly used for residential. Public transport is good choice. Glenferrie Roads Shops and services are mostly at walking distance. Open spaces are limited and beyond walking distance
Mainly single family homes with moderate to high presence of multi dwelling developments.
Predominant species of trees are prunus, paperbark, brushbox, plane, etc. Fence is medium and made of mixed materials. Has Victorian and Edwardian mansions that are very large and generally have a high heritage value. It has moderate vegetation
