Janice Way, Sale, VIC 3850

Quiet street with only local traffic. Short walk to the local bakery, buther and corner store. Short walk to the oval which is good for the kids. Two schools close by, St Thomas is the better of the two by far and would be our choice if we had to put kids into a school. One end of the street has older houses with the other end being nice new houses. Underground power, fast internet available, good tv reception. Telstra phone reception is Vgood, Vodaphone is ok-marginal. With vodophone our calls would often not connect in the house. Outside the house is fine. Local kids play on the road so it is very friendly and safe. Only one point to consider is no.17&20 are very very "rough". Never had any problems, occasionally the police will turn up. Where we live it is fine, they do not cause any trouble. It is more of an issue if you live on Thornley Ct, the sound from their music seems to travel down that street more than down Janice Way. If I had to move back here I would still choose to live in our house so don't let that persuade you from living in Janice Way. Hospital is only 2km away, Gumnuts daycare is <500m away, Raglan Pizza and Take Away is a short walk or drive.
