Reviews of Jopling Street, North Ryde
"Great place for a family"
My wife and I moved here about 20 years ago. We both loved the street as soon as we visited for our first house inspection here. We were outbid at auction for the first house but as soon as another one came up we made sure not to lose out a second time. It's been a great location to start and raise our family with good neighbours, lovely primary school community. Transport to the city is convenient and it's close to parks and major shopping centres. The street has become a lot busier in the last few years (particularly due to the rat running drivers in peak hour and more cars parked on the street) but still a top location.

Looking for a home in Jopling Street?
"Perfect street for families and those looking for easy commute to city and surrounding areas"
My family and I love living in Jopling Street. The neighbours are excellent, and a lot of new homes are coming up all the time. The street is an easy walk to local shops, parks (including dog park), cafes and many new restaurants (opening near the railway station), and offcourse North Ryde railway station. Bus stops are also very close and they are perfect for commuting to the city, Macquarie Centre, Top Ryde etc. This is a family friendly street, which uniquely works well for younger and older families. I am sure it will be a good investment into the future.

"Lovely Street with many new homes being built"
Lovely street within walking distance of local schools (5min), train station (10min) and bus (2 min walk to express city bus). You can also walk to the nearby Blenheim Rd shops and pick up takeaway. No need for a car from this location. Many professional families call Jopling Street home.

"Brilliant for families with new homes being built all the time and easy access to express bus and North Ryde Train Station"
Brilliant street to live in as you can easily walk to express city buses and be in the city in 20min, yet not have the rush of Blenheim or Cox Rd at your doorstep. North Ryde Train station is Excellent neighbourly spirit. New homes being built all the time. Easy travel from the street to many local schools and shops. Upgrade to the rail line will also mean that you can get a train from North Ryde Station (easy 10 min walk) and jump on a train and be at Barangaroo in 16min. Doesn’t get much better then this if you want a street that provides it all for families.

"Views on the High Side"
The potential for distant city views made Jopling Street an excellent choice for people wanting to demolish the original 1950s homes and builder larger modern homes in their place. There are now few of the old homes left, and the street has many young families in residence. It has access to the feeder roads, Cox’s and Blenheim, and is just one block from the local Blenheim Road shops.
