Some advice on buying in Kallungur needed

We have been looking at some properties for sale and we have found one, but i have a few questions and concerns about it, the price is good for it i think. I am just unsure on whether the following:

Is their heavy traffic out the front also would it be easy for me to get out of the propertie how long dose it usual last for,
Is it a good area or street so to speak?
Is the area valued high or low?
Would my child be able to go to northlakes school when he is older?
ALSO anything ealse that people know people advice me. This is my first home i am buying and i am 21 so i need as much help as possibe.

Thanks louise.

Hi Louise,
As an agent in the local area I can advise you on suitable locations in Kallangur. Important to consider - If the property you are considering is on a busy road consider looking at the expected growth in the area, could this impede on your access to & from the property in peak times..such as school time in years to come. North Lakes school is zoned so you need to look at the zoning map which doesn't include this area I'm afraid. You will need to consider whether the price will meet your needs, if you use it now for a stepping stone as an investment property for the future definitely one to consider. kallangur is definitely a good growth area

At 21 you would be making an awesome investment. I bought a house out here due to the fact there is still an element of affordability. With Northlakes near by the train line from Redcliffe to Brisbane imminent . Kallangur is a sought after area.
