How different is the quality of housing on the river side of Karawara from the Curtin Uni side?

Riverside was originally return service people privately purchased housing
Curtin uni have their own housing
Balance was years ago government low income rental .. But large block of flats pulled down .. Land was subdivided and private estate created
There was also a small pocket of native land that some people enjoyed setting on fire ... This is now residential thankfully
The beautiful park was 35years ago a rubbish dump
Karawara was a new modern concept before its time .. Where the front of houses over looked paths and parklands .. Most houses had double garages and of corse underground power!
