"Great place to live"
Very close walking distance to several modes of transport and shopping strips. There are lots of parks and the beach is a nice stroll along the canal away. Supermarket and other handy shops on the corner. It's a very easy street to live in and would be quite difficult to find something else with everything so close and handy.

Yes. Elsternwick Station is 5mins walk and so is Ripponlea Station. There are 2 Tram stops either side of the street on Nepean Hwy (Brighton Road) - 2 min Walk. The appreciation over the past 18 months has been around 40% and still rising. The house that is for sale is just near the marker on the map, I have not had a look thru.
