It is ranked 116 but this is not really reflecting the true value/rank. It all depends on who writes a profile, what they like and how many profiles and ratings get given to other suburbs. It is one of the better suburbs in Perth, but it all depends on what you are looking for in lifestyle. If you want wide open spaces then it may not be for you, but an outer/inner city life might suit. Read the reviews and add your own if you already live there and you'll see the rank chance.
