Art Courses in Melbourne?

I am looking at sending my brother to art school for Art courses , preferably a part time class in evening.

It is very difficult to know which ones are best, some friends have said MSA for best Art courses for everyone.
I'm not sure whether they need co-educational. Please guide me . Please give me any advice.
