Are there a lot of students from the uni living in Kewarra?

I`ve lived in this area for a long time and quite frankly just don`t see the students around, I think maybe the more student focused area is around the Uni (Smithfield). Please do not hesitate to ask anymore questions!!

Yes I would agree that there is likely to be a higher concentration of uni students living in areas closer to the university such as Smithfield, Trinity Park and Trinity Beach however Kewarra Beach is still within bike riding distance (less than 5 minute drive) to James Cook University. The public transport bus route is an hourly service and runs right through Kewarra Beach - approximately a 15-20 minute bus ride from Kewarra Beach to the university.
