"Easily one of the best streets in Earlwood"
Kitchener Avenue Earlwood is an excellant example of suburban family living close to the C.B.D.
It is a gorgeous tree lined street comprising of modest Californian bungalows and re developed larger 2 storey mansions that command prices well in excess of 1 million dollars.
Close to Earlwood “village” shopping you can walk to all amenities in 5 minutes, Home owners in this street are extremely house proud, take a drive along this wide street and notice the lovely gardens and immaculate exteriors of the majority of the homes in what is my favourite street in Earlwood.
Unlike other exclusive streets that are either on a hill or undulating land Kitchener avenue is a wide level street in a high location.
