G'day Anj. The whole of Knoxfield is a quiet area. David Street North, Knoxfield is just another one of those. There's barely any through traffic, no major high schools close by so you don't have rogue teenagers running about and a lot of the residents in Knoxfield are owner occupiers. Are you looking to buy a home or an investment in the area?
