"Close to everything"
Lived here for a year, close to everything you need (shops, cafes, city, beach), quiet suburb. Bordered by Nollamara, Mirrabooka and Balga (all bad places to be), so Westminster is good in comparison. good for 1st home buyers as the entry price is good for Perth while not being out in the boondocks.
