Is crime a problem in Kurralta Park?

Since living in Kurralta Park my family and I have not had any issues. It is a pretty secure area and streets are quite well light at night. Like all areas you will find that there will be some level of crime however most of the time it's opportunistic. I totally agree with Michael. I have never been targeted and nor has my flat. The only time I have ever been a victim of crime since living here in May 2012 is when I was stupid and left my (second hand, I wanted to get rid of it anyway!) bike at the shops and only locked the body up... both wheels were stolen but I bought it for $30 so it wasn't a massive deal for me. Just a shock, at coming to my bike after a nice shop at Kmart and seeing it... Was over a year ago now, have a nice new bike - which I lock up every night - and no more dramas since.
