"VALUE FOR MONEY"
Landal Boulvard, some big homes on big blocks, Somebody is missing the big picture. You can still buy a home on a big block, close to shops, close to hospital, close to OBAHN, close to schools for around $350K. Is someone missingthe plot ? The same home in Sydney or Melbourne would fetch $1 Million ???
