Does the proximity of Roe Hwy devalue properties in Langford?

Agreed, if anything adds value because you are so close but I don't hear or see any of the traffic.

I wouldnt think so as most of the properties are not flanking the Roe Highway. And when you are in the huge park you can barely hear the highway as it is.
