Lindley Avenue, Narrabeen, NSW 2101

It's widely regarded as one of the best two streets in Narrabeen. A cul-de-sac, albeit a long one, so the passing traffic is predominantly residents or resident's visitors.
It's quite narrow and winding with a couple of blind corners to consider. In the upper section there is only room for one car to pass at a time but this is seen as a positive, not a negative.
Most homes in Lindley Ave have a commanding view of Narrabeen Lagoon up to the entrance and many also Narrabeen Beach and the ocean beyond. Because Lindley Ave hugs the side of Collaroy Plateau most homes do not have much in the way of flat yards but the majority of homes have been sited to take most advantage of the view.
Closest public transport is on Pittwater Rd (buses to the city or north), about a 10-minute fairly flat walk away.
Proximity to Narrabeen Lagoon opens up a huge variety of recreation, not to mention Narrabeen Beach also about a 10 minute walk away.
Homes in Lindley Ave are expensive, especially if they have views.
Incidentally, if you get to the end of Lindley Ave and have run out of street numbers, the end actually forms a "T" with more homes with Lindley Ave addresses to the right (7) and to the left (3). There is also access to some homes in The Esplanade from the end of Lindley Ave.
