There are lots of bus routes along Henley Beach Road into the CBD and down to the beach. There are pretty routes to anywhere either side of the city.

Yep plenty of buses go down Henley Beach road, would wait more than 10 minutes for one going to the city. A circle line runs down holbrooks road.
