"Busy but beautiful"
Loughnan Road is obviously quite busy with lots of traffic, but still offers a green outlook and central location.
On the right side going towards Ringwood North, it can be on a hilly which gives a lot of properties spectacular views and offers less noise. Bus routes run along here, so you can access amenities easily.
I have leased and managed a few houses/units of this street and they've never been an issue getting rented quickly.
