"Great place for a family"
Great area in Ballarat. About a 10 minute drive to city centre. Great public transport...one bus to the city centre and the university! School buses service each secondary college as well. Primary schools and child care nearby. Short drive to local supermaket/shopping strip and sporting facilities. Houses in the area are well cared for.
