Thinking moving to near Perth where life is less expensive , no jobs yet , plan for relocation from QLD

As Melissa has repsonded already I will just add - affordable will depend on your budget and being a mum with two kids should not affect your application.

I have sent you an email with our a list of our current vacant properties. When you are planning on relocating to Perth as you will need to view our properties prior to applying.
It might be a good idea to look at properties on the rental market closer to the time of arriving in Perth as the vacancies change on a week to week basis.
